Science has revealed something about the brain, that can change your life

Surprisingly we don't actually see reality, nor do we "hear" reality.
There are colors we can't see, sounds we can't hear, but it goes even deeper.
Our brain predicts what the signals from our senses (eyes, ears, taste and more) mean, based on our memories and create the experience of life you are having.

Here is the weird part. If you tell yourself "That is a bird" you will most likely see a bird.
But if you tell yourself "That is a bunny" You can see something different.

Your predictions influence your experience .. but it goes far beyond that.
