There is an easy, and correct, answer to this.

When you ask YOURSELF:
"Why does he do that?"
"Why do I do that?"
"Why do they do that?"
"Why does this keep happening?"
— or —
"How can I stop that?"
The ANSWER is, in fact, quite simple
The brain predicts. Life follows.
But I should probably explain that a bit more.
Here is the science on this and why it offers you hope .. and a better way forward
Science has revealed that our brains are actually prediction machines. This may not sound like a revolution, but it truly changes the field of psychology and especially changes your opportunities.
Old ideas and approaches were not just slightly incorrect. They were wrong. Even the research that they did. Science calls this the "Replication crisis"

And when books, magazines and even "professionals" pushed the old ideas on people, change was difficult and people suffered for much too long... but not anymore.
Surprisingly we don't actually see reality, nor do we 'hear' reality.
Our brain predicts what the signals from our senses (eyes, ears, taste and more) mean, based on our memories and create the experience of life you are having.
Would you like an example of this?
You can test it yourself here with 2 simple situations:
Situation 1 - Testing your predictions
What do you see below. A bird or a bunny?

Here is the weird part.
If you tell yourself "That is a bird" you will most likely see a bird.
But if you tell yourself "That is a bunny" You can see something different.
We don't see reality. We predict and that creates 'OUR' reality.
Situation 2 - Testing your predictions
Make sure your sound is on, then click on the video
Notice the change of meaning to "What is that sound?"
Yes, Predictions influence your experience .. but it goes BEYOND that
Predictions can be described as deep 'meaning makers' and 'guides' for all your decisions, emotions and wellbeing.
Your predictions influence all aspect of your life, your relationships and more. Your brains predictions make your life better .. or worse.
So NOW It probably makes sense to you that THAT is important
but most others do not know this and that is where the confusion comes in.
The WHY does he do that? Why do I do that? It's our predictions, based on former experiences and the current meaning they have to us. That is the WHY.
The importance of predictions is why I make sure that YOUR predictions makes YOUR life better.
. and what is the SOLUTION?
It is to train your Mind so the predictions change and give you a better life.
That is Mind Skills Training (M.S.T.) and it works fast. Just let me know which situation you have and I can help you solve it.
