What I am giving you is created on the best science in the field of the human mind, wellbeing, health and beyond
For many years, it was said that "humans shape their personality until the age of 25 and then stay the same for the rest of their lives." As you will find in the blogs here (and on every high-quality science site), that statement is not correct. There is a free download of this, right below here. You are welcome to send it to friends as well.

The new science of the mind offers you powerful tools, techniques, and more to improve your life.
The "Changing Lives" Framework is the new foundation for you and others to explore what your life can be like. It also helps you build better, deeper, and more rewarding human connections with the people that truly matter to you.
In fact, change is easy. Transformation takes a bit of time, and creating a new life for yourself takes longer... but all are possible
The benefits of "Changing Lives"
In the aftermath of "The replication crisis in Psychology," a new framework for doing research in psychology was needed. To have research published in high-quality journals like Nature, The Lancet, and others, a new standard needs to be followed.
To build a better understanding of the human mind, our behaviour, emotions, and thinking, I created the "Changing Lives" Framework. This is based on the work of some of the world's leading scientists, like Karl Friston, Anil Seth, Lisa Feldman Barrett, Peter C.M. Molenaar's manifest, and David Eagleman.
Here is a (short) form of it. The PDF download is below the picture.

Change is easy
Yes, change is easy. You do it every day, but it doesn't feel or seem that way.
Every day, you are a slightly "new you." Your mind adjusts to it so you don't notice... but then ONE day, you notice. Maybe you DON'T like where you are now? Or you simply want something BETTER... for you and the people you care about.
Understanding Change
What does it mean to change? It’s about more than just habits. It's about reshaping your thoughts and feelings. You might feel stuck in a rut. You might think, "How can I break free?" The answer lies in understanding how your mind works.
When you grasp the science behind your thoughts and emotions, you can start to shift your perspective. You can learn to see challenges as opportunities. You can embrace the idea that you have the power to change your life.
The Role of Emotions
Emotions play a huge role in your life. They guide your decisions and shape your experiences. But what if you could understand them better? What if you could learn to manage them?
By using the "Changing Lives" Framework, you can gain insights into your emotional landscape. You can learn to respond to situations rather than react impulsively. This is where true transformation begins.
Practical Steps to Change
So, how do you start? Here are some practical steps:
Reflect on Your Current Situation: Take a moment to think about where you are in life. What do you like? What could be better?
Enough is enough: The nhings you do NOT want in your life, will stay in your life until you say "Enough is enough" and start actively working to change it. Define what you want to achieve. Make your goals specific and measurable.
Embrace Small Changes: Start with small, manageable changes. Celebrate your progress along the way.
Seek Support: Don’t hesitate to reach out to people who can actively make a difference. Whether it’s friends, family, or professionals, support can make a big difference.
Stay Committed: Change takes time. Be patient with yourself. Remember, transformation is a journey, not a destination.
