New mom, higher risk of depression

Writer: Leif RasmussenLeif Rasmussen

It's supposed to be a wonderful experience but for (too) many it is mostly hard, tough, sleep deprived, dirty, exhausting and sometimes even a lonely experience ... becoming a mom.

BUT there some very useful things you can do for yourself and especially for your child.

There are a few helpful techniques (link to the science article) you can learn and thereby protect yourself and the people you care about.

It has been shown to have a positive effect for up to 8 years after, maybe even longer.

And if you would like to have the benefits of these techniques, you can book your first trainings with me here
