You can't do much about your actual age, but you can do a lot about your state of mind, meaning whether you are depressed, sad, worried or what state of mind you are in, it is not something you are "stuck" with.
There are plenty of Mind Skills to optimize your state of mind to something more useful for achieving what you want.
Please note. It is not about being happy all the time. Sometimes it is far more useful to be focused, sometimes being curious is more useful and there are lots of different states etc.
