3x the risk of serious mental disorder

From the article. "Childhood trauma significantly increases the risk of being diagnosed with a mental health disorder later in life. For children who experienced emotional abuse, the most prevalent disorder reported was anxiety. Trauma also increased the risks for psychosis, OCD, and bipolar disorder. Significantly, those who experience trauma during childhood were 15 times more likely to be diagnosed with borderline personality disorder later in life."

What is forgotten is all those, who do NOT get a mental disorder. What are they doing differently?

So what do you think about building some powerful techniques and skills that helps people get over and resolve those traumas?

To me it seems like an extraordinarily useful thing, they should just be adjusted to each individual and their specific way of thinking

In fact I have built these techniques and I am glad to offer them to all who wish to benefit.

As mentioned the techniques and skills need to be adjusted to each person, custom-made, so to speak, so it is not a buy-a-pill and swallow it.

It is a, you and I work together and adjust everything to you (or someone you care about)

If you would like to have these skills you can book a first appointment with me here
